Deliveries and returns

The products ordered will be delivered within a maximum period (including shipping and delivery):

• For delivery in France: 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed;
• For delivery within the European Union (excluding France): 2 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed;
• For delivery outside the European Union: 3 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed.

Rest of the world: Customs duties and formalities are payable by the customer.

In the event of an exchange or refund, customs duties and formalities are payable exclusively by the customer.
