Vermeil is a metal made of solid silver dipped 3 times in an 18-carat gold bath.
HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?
Our rings are available in pair sizes from 48 to 58, depending on the model. To determine your ring size, we invite you to download the Aurélie Bidermann ring sizer.Remember that our two hands are not exactly alike, and that a ring worn on one finger of the left hand will not fit perfectly on the same finger of the right hand. Make sure that the size you have chosen will allow the ring to slide easily over the entire length of the finger.measure your finger preferably at the end of the day in a temperate place, as finger size can vary in hot or cold weather.each ring corresponds to the inner diameter of the ring, with the number in the center indicating the circumference. Our necklaces are available in one size only. Necklace lengths and widths vary according to model. We invite you to consult the product description on the sales pages.
IS JEWELRY AVAILABLE ON THE E-SHOP?
The entire range is available on the e-shop, but due to their exceptional nature, some jewelry pieces are made to order. This implies a longer delivery time of around 4 weeks. This is indicated on the product sheet as "On request" when the piece is concerned.
Rings can be made to order in the size of your choice.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE FOR THE BENEFICIARY?
It is possible to include a personalized message with your order, which will then be written on an Aurélie Bidermann card. Please specify when ordering if you do not wish the invoice to be enclosed with your parcel.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES?
Shipping costs and delivery times vary according to the delivery address.shipping costs are free for all orders of €200 or more for delivery in metropolitan France via Colissimo and €500 (or $500) for international delivery.if your order is placed from Monday to Friday before noon, it will generally be processed and dispatched within 24 hours, unless otherwise indicated by us. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm order processing and shipment.

We deliver worldwide with DHL Express.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?
In-store pick-up is free of charge at our two Paris boutiques - 55 bis rue des Saints-Pères, Paris 6e or 14 rue Royale, Paris 8e. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm are delivered to the boutique the next day. An e-mail will be sent to notify you of receipt at the boutique.
You will then have 15 working days following delivery to collect your order from the boutique. You will be asked to provide proof of identity and the invoice sent to you by e-mail following confirmation of the order.
A third party may also collect your order on behalf of the recipient, on presentation of proof of identity and the invoice.
WHAT IF MY ORDER NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED URGENTLY?
Aurélie Bidermann invites you to choose an express delivery method:- Paris intra-muros:
- Courier or collection from the boutique (55 bis rue des Saints-Pères, Paris 6e or 14 rue Royale, Paris 8e) for same-day delivery Monday to Friday, provided the order is placed before 1pm.
- Rest of France: DHL Express delivery from the next day for orders placed before 1pm.
- International: DHL Express delivery from the next day for orders placed before 1pm. International: DHL Express next day delivery for orders placed before 1 p.m.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY JEWEL IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN?

We offer a free repair service for one year from the date of purchase on presentation of proof of purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product(s) to us.
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your parcel to make your return request via your account on the site.
Jewelry must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging (the colored zippered pouch or case, as well as the rigid box) accompanied by the return slip.
We reserve the right to refuse your return and cancel your refund if the return conditions are not respected.
In accordance with the provisions of article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, products corresponding to special orders (made-to-measure) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you wish to exchange a product, simply return it to us for a refund or credit note and place a new order.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?
Please note that return packages are your responsibility until they reach Aurélie Bidermann.
To return your purchase, follow the steps below:
1- Log in to your account. In the "My orders" section, click on the "Orders and returns"
2- Choose the order concerned and click on the "Request a return" button.
3- Select the product(s) you wish to return and the reason(s) for the return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE?
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, at the buyer's discretion, in the form of:
- A credit note valid for 6 months on the www.aureliebidermann.com website. The full amount of your order will be reimbursed, excluding shipping costs
- A refund to the payment method used to validate your order.
An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the refund of your order.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
Some Aurélie Bidermann jewels can be personalized by engraving a name, a phrase, a date or a drawing, subject to technical constraints and available space. We invite you to consult this document, where you will find the suggested fonts as well as the emblematic symbols of the House that can be engraved. We can also study the feasibility of any other engraving or font request not suggested in this document.
Engraving can be personalized on request on the following jewelry items:
- Gold/silver/gilt wedding band.
The following jewelry items are already engraved, but it is possible to add a personalized engraving - price on request:
- Gold bell pendant: on the edge (first name, last name or date - no drawing possible)
- Medals: on the blank side
The lead time for a personalized engraving is 4 weeks.
