Deliveries and returns

The products ordered will be delivered within a maximum timeframe (including shipping and delivery):

1. For delivery in France: 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed;
2. For delivery within the European Union (excluding France): 2 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed;
3. For delivery outside the European Union: 3 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed.

French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM): Customs duties and formalities are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom: Since the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, customs duties and formalities are the responsibility of the customer.

Rest of the world: Customs duties and formalities are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of an exchange or refund, customs duties and formalities are the sole responsibility of the customer.
