All Aurélie Bidermann jewelry is crafted from the finest materials, precious stones, and semi-precious stones, which are carefully and rigorously selected.
Our jewelry is guaranteed nickel-free and is designed to minimize the risk of allergic reactions.
HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?
Our rings are available in even sizes from 48 to 58, depending on the model.
Keep in mind that our two hands aren’t exactly the same, and a ring worn on a finger of the left hand won’t fit perfectly on the same finger of the right hand.
Make sure the size you choose allows the ring to slide easily all the way down your finger.
It’s best to measure your finger at the end of the day in a temperate environment, as finger size can vary in extreme heat or cold.
Each ring corresponds to the inner diameter of the ring, with the number inscribed in the center indicating the circumference. To determine your ring size, you can use a ring you already own that fits you well and find the corresponding diameter on the ring sizer. For a perfect fit, the circle marked on the ring sizer should be visible inside the ring, touching it.
If you're unsure which size to choose, we recommend going with the larger size.
Please note that the style of the ring also affects the size you choose. For example, for tall “Lace” style rings, we recommend choosing a size larger than your usual size.
You can also consult a size conversion chart to find the equivalents for French, U.S., and U.K. sizes.
ARE THERE DIFFERENT SIZES OF BRACELETS?
Our bangles, bracelets, and cuffs are available in one size and are designed to fit all wrist sizes.
ARE NECKLACES AND LONG NECKLACES AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT SIZES?
Our necklaces and long necklaces are available in one size. The length and width of the necklaces vary by style. Please refer to the product description on the product pages.
IS THE JEWELRY AVAILABLE ON THE ONLINE STORE?
The entire collection is available in our online store, but due to their unique nature, certain pieces of jewelry are made to order. This means a longer delivery time of approximately 4 weeks. The product page will indicate “Made to Order” if this applies to the item.
As for rings, they can be made to order in the size of your choice.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE FOR THE RECIPIENT?
You can include a personalized message when placing your order; this message will then be written on an Aurélie Bidermann card.
Please specify when placing your order if you do not want the invoice included in your package.
CAN I REQUEST GIFT WRAPPING?
All Aurélie Bidermann creations are carefully packaged in a zippered pouch featuring the brand’s signature colors, which is then placed inside a sturdy gift box to protect the jewelry during shipping.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES?
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the delivery address.
Shipping is free for all orders of €200 or more.
If your order is placed Monday through Friday before noon, it will generally be processed and shipped within 24 hours, unless we specify otherwise. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed and shipped.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you’d like to track the status of your order, you can do so by clicking the link sent to you via email. This link will take you to a platform where you can track the progress of your delivery in detail.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY JEWELRY IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN?
We recommend that you first contact the store where you made your purchase. If you purchased the item from our online store, please send us an email at info@aureliebidermann.com or call us at 01 40 41 67 37.
We offer a one-year free repair service from the date of purchase upon presentation of proof of purchase. This service is provided free of charge provided that the damage to the jewelry is due to normal wear and tear and/or a manufacturing defect.
Once the warranty period has expired, our customer service department may offer to repair the item for a fee, if possible. We will provide you with a quote, which will be submitted for your approval before any repairs are carried out.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) to us.
You have a legal right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your package by submitting a return request through our customer service department. To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer service department at the following address: info@aureliebidermann.com
Jewelry must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging (the colored zippered pouch or jewelry box, as well as the rigid box), along with the return form.
We reserve the right to refuse your return and cancel your refund if the return policy is not followed.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, products resulting from special orders (custom-made items and engravings on bangles) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you'd like to exchange an item, simply return it to us for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that you are responsible for the returned packages until they arrive at Aurélie Bidermann.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND OR CREDIT?
Le remboursement s’effectuera dans les 14 jours suivants la réception du retour selon la volonté de l’acheteur sous forme :
- D’un avoir valable 2 mois sur le site www.aureliebidermann.com. L’intégralité du montant de votre commande vous sera remboursée, hormis les frais d’envoi.
- D’un remboursement sur le moyen de paiement utilisé lors de la validation de votre commande. Le montant du remboursement sera égal au prix du produit retourné à l'exception des frais d’envoi.
Un e-mail vous sera envoyé pour confirmer le remboursement de votre commande.
